Ways to provide identification

You can use your email address or a credit or debit card as identification.

Using your email address as identification -

When you register you’re asked to provide a valid email address, which we use to verify your identity. When an email address can’t be verified, it’s usually because your email address came from a free, web-based account such as Yahoo! or Hotmail and our messages to your email address repeatedly bounced back to us.

Using a phone number for identification:

Other than email, you can also verify yourself by phone/mobile. Just enter the correct number and select the verify option. You will then receive an automated call on your phone and will receive a PIN on the call. Just enter this PIN on the site and complete your verification.

Note: If you do not complete your verification, we may suspend/restrict your account for security reasons. Also make sure your contact details are always updated on the site.
